1. About us

This website, tennisballcricketbihar.com (the "Service"), is operated by the Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Bihar ("TBCAB", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we publish. You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and if you act for an organisation, that you are authorised to bind it.

3. The Service

The Service provides information about tennis ball cricket in Bihar — tournaments, fixtures, results, teams, news, gallery, and the ability to donate to fundraising campaigns supporting the sport.

4. Misuse

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to send spam.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of TBCAB or any third party.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping content at scale, or circumventing technical limits.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, and branding on the Service are owned by TBCAB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.

6. Payments and donations

Donations on this site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Razorpay handles all card, UPI, netbanking and wallet transactions.

By making a donation you accept Razorpay's terms at razorpay.com/terms. Refunds for donations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBCAB shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Darbhanga, Bihar.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
