This Privacy Notice is issued by Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Bihar ("TBCAB", "we", "us"), the operator of tennisballcricketbihar.com. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Donation details — donor name (optional), email (optional), message (optional), and the campaign supported.

To provide and operate the website, including processing donations and responding to enquiries.

Service providers and subprocessors that host the website, store data, send email, or provide analytics tooling, bound by appropriate contractual protections.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Donation records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and audit laws. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

Razorpay processes payment data within India in line with RBI norms. Other service providers may process data outside India; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
