The Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Bihar ("TBCAB") offers a 30-day refund window on all donations made through tennisballcricketbihar.com. If you are not satisfied with your contribution or made a payment in error, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.

2. How to request a refund

Payments on this site are processed by Razorpay. To request a refund:

• Email us at hello@tbca.in with your payment reference (starts with pay_), the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request.
• We will verify the donation and initiate the refund through Razorpay within 5 business days.

3. Processing time

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval, returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
